GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are seeking for an Operation Manager who will responsible to manage day-to-day operations; to co-ordinate, supervise and monitor all activities and revenues and costs of the 8 HMSHost units at the Airport to ensure that the set objectives are met in compliance with defined procedures, policies and standards. Ensuring and creating conditions and circumstances such that operational departments are able to achieve their goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Primary accountability for all operational and financial matters involved in the HMSHost Food and Beverage units and staff departments at the Airport
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of operational departments in the organization.
  • Conduct business operations in accordance with HMSHost ethical standards, local and European laws, and all other applicable regulations
  • Drive operational and guest service standards at the highest level while growing sales and profit of the branch
  • Increase capture, spend rate and revenue to the Airport and HMSHost while ensuring superior service to customers
  • Develop, administer and control the branch revenue and expense budgets
  • Manage the financial, operational and relationship aspects of the international branded concepts that exist under the concession agreement
  • In coordination with the regional manager, establish and maintain excellent landlord relationships
  • Introduction and implementation of standardized HMS Host training programs that are clearly defined to assure a quality product and service
  • Achieve the company goals annually agreed upon both in customer and employee satisfaction
  • Coordinate with all levels of the organization through highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conduct and direct market research, assess findings and extract pertinent information necessary to improve service, adjust concepts and menus to reflect target market preferences and provide design direction based on current trends in cooperation with regional Manager
  • Leading, guiding and aligning Store Managers, weekly meeting discuss financial reports
  • Creating a culture in the operational departments focusing on team-building both within and between teams.

Performing other work related to the above on the orders ofGeneral Manager.


Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum three years senior management experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Specialized training and management skills in the food and beverage industry
  • Highly experienced in the cost and quality controls
  • Effective proven organizational and time management skills
  • Hands on customer focused leader with proven abilities
  • Experienced in high level reporting, written and verbal, to local and international management
  • Fluency in local language and English
  • Proven track record in successfully maintaining excellent landlord relationships, achieving targeted financial results and overseeing of an operation that prides itself on satisfaction both from a customers' and employees' perspective
