- Leading the Engineering Operations Project teams.
- To ensure effective communication and coordination with Customer Project Management.
- To participate in feasibility studies during the preparation of technical analysis required for the cost of new products and determining their technical specifications.
- Preparing the internal project timeline in accordance with the customer timetable and sharing with all relevant departments.
- Organization and periodically follow-up of the project progress by inviting related departments.
- To distribute weekly project evaluation reports.
- To review design FMEA’s and participating in process FMEA’s.
- To organize the Sample Preparation based on the project milestones.
- To control the supply of special equipment required for prototype production. <
- Performing the approval procedure for all process equipments, tooling, machinery
- To follow the engineering and process change requirements in the serial stage.
- Raw material planning of new developments.
- Performing the project serial approval process before the SOP, make sure the readiness of mass production and transfer the project to production.
- Preparing the all document for the Quality Audit of project, attending all internal/ external audits. Following the requirements of quality system of Engineering department and attending all Audits.
General Qualifications :
- Strong analytical, Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, teamwork, ability to cope with stress, negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Project management and process knowledge
- Preferring PMI certificate
- Preferred to knowledge of automotive, rubber or plastic industry
- SAP
- MS Office / Excel knowledge
- Preferring Minitab knowledge
- Preferred to have at least 5 year experience
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
