Sales Support & Logistic Specialist:
- Graduated from related departments of universities, Business Adm. / Logistics / Foreign Trade
- Having at least 3 years of experience in export & import transactions
- Experienced in export and import customs operations.
- Good level of English both written and spoken
- Highly advanced in MS Office applications
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication, prone to teamwork
- Living or willing to be in Düzce.
- ERP software background.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing of Sales & Purchasing Modules of ERP program.
- Creating Item Codes, Preparing offers, PO, Invoices.
- Be responsible for export operation & logistic processes.
- Following delivery of received orders.
- Communicate with production and planning departments.
- Preparing, following up and finalizing related documents required for export shipments.
- Being in contact with foreign customers.
- Periodic reporting of export operations to department manager.
