QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Skills :
· University Graduate / Bachelor’s degree
· Good command of English in speaking and writing
· At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support and/or customer service in similar position,
· Good command in MS Office programs,
· Being team worker, ability to maintain good relations with customers, partners, and the team
· Having analytical thinking skills, innovative in approaching to problems and developing solutions
· Completed military service for male candidates,
· Resident near to our headquarter in Kartal / Istanbul
Job Description :
· To Ensure the necessary coordination with the Field Sales Team throughout the process, from receipt of customer orders to shipment and invoicing of the product at the desired time and conditions,
· To follow up the visiting plan and maintenance process by contacting the field team in technical terms, give close support to the team
· To coordinate all necessary operations within daily work routine
· To prepare the reports requested by the governing body,
· To carry out the operational process related to product requirement and supply.
· To carry out the operational process related to product marketing and sales.
