QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties:
Arrange deliveries for the day, assign pick up requests and enter orders in the system
Dispatch drivers
Ensure accurate reporting
Set up appointment freight, manifest shipments, check for expedited shipments, and enter any missed pick-ups
Dispatch additional daily shipments
Perform dock and yard checks, ensure freight is not missed and trucks are on the delivery
Coordinate drivers to back for the second run of deliveries, manifest skeleton, and make linehaul orders
Maintain communication for status reports on correct loading by unit and timely departures
Requirements:
Punctuality
Good with math
Confident to make phone calls
Must have strong communication skills
Ability to work under a flexible work schedule
Team orientation; willing to participate and support all aspects of the operation
Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and priority management
Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Be able to stress management
Working Schedule: 16:00 - 02:00 (After winter time it will be between 15:00 - 01:00)
