As Inofab Heros, we create value for both doctors and patients through hardware-integrated software solutions that are rapidly becoming the inevitable future of respiratory care.

Inofab Health has brought to market the world’s first ultrasonic personal spirometer SpiroHome which has reached patients in over 51 countries since May 2019.

It is continuing to expand its product range with SpiroCloud (a remote patient monitoring software), SpiroClinic (smart spirometer for professional use) and Spirohaler (smart inhaler sensors to improve patient adherence).

What you will do at Inofab

Our expectations from you are;

  • Designing and managing purchasing processes including supplier relations, payments, invoices, delivery, etc.

  • Communicating with other departments to understand and provide their needs (office supplies, equipment, etc.)

  • Following governmental grants' documentation and timelines

  • Maintain communication with the external institutions including banks, ODTÜ Teknokent, İŞKUR, SGK, etc.

  • Working with the other departments for general purchasing, customs processes, payments, payroll, and salary issues.

  • Coordinating domestic and international travels for fairs and other events (including flight, hotel, car rental reservations, etc.

  • Preparing letters, presentations, reports


Qualifications

We are interested in Operational Affairs Specialists who have at least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Public Administration, or related departments. In addition to this:

  • Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational position (procurement, office administration, human resources, etc.)
  • Must have strong organizational and planning skills (ERP experience/knowledge would be a plus)
  • Having a good English level is a huge plus
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • A natural curiosity about trends in medical technology
  • Solid knowledge of computer skills in Google Workspace Products-Sheets, Slides, Docs- (Jira and Confluence knowledge would be an asset)
  • Prior experience in startups will be considered an important asset
  • Residency or willingness to residence in Ankara
