A unique opportunity has arisen for a detail oriented Operational Excellence Executive to play a lead role in scaling VavaCars in Turkey. VavaCars is setting out to revolutionize the secondhand automotive industry in emerging markets, by creating the world’s most trusted car transaction platform. Headquartered out of London, with initial locations in Turkey and Pakistan, we aim to provide ease, transparency, simplicity, and trust to buyers and sellers of used cars, which includes individuals, corporates, franchise and independent used car dealers.
Role Mission
In this position you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the procedures thus output of all aftersales services and products, implementing the finest data-driven strategies to drive progress. you will be focused on:
- You will mine raw data of performance metrics to ensure constant improvement on shared objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality
- You will strive constantly for developing and advancing soft offers and value added services to reflect customer obsession and boost business as an output
- You will lead product management processes for newly developed soft offers, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- You will utilize real-time data to shift business towards new business opportunities
- You will work on global suppliers of multi-brand service literature and online parts catalogs to provide the latest information to IRC network
- You will actively contribute to our ambition to become a true customer company by looking at the same picture from all different perspectives to create additional value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive market and extensive knowledge of the auto industry dynamics in Turkey
- Best in class track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets consistently
- Good communication skills in English and Turkish, written and verbal
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to successfully work in a dynamic, fast-paced high growth environment where agility is key.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Be able to think on your feet with a “can do” attitude.
