VavaCars is setting out to revolutionize the secondhand automotive industry in emerging markets, by creating the world’s most trusted car transaction platform. Headquartered out of London, with initial locations in Turkey and Pakistan, we aim to provide ease, transparency, simplicity, and trust to buyers and sellers of used cars, which includes individuals, corporates, franchised and independent used car dealers.

Role Mission

In this position you will act as a competence center for all technical necessities providing online and on-site support to dealers, service partners, internal teams, and service/inspection network while ensuring effective use of aftersales budget.


  • You will lead the aftersales processes as first point of internal contact in case of customer complaints, product failures and breakdowns, to sustain highest level of customer satisfaction
  • You will provide a comprehensive helpdesk function with advanced level of online and on-site support to dealers, service partners, internal teams, and service/inspection network when needed
  • You will provide crutial information to operations, sales and pricing teams using common and/or brand specific service literature and product failure modes to support correct purchasing decissions and sustain correct data flow for quality purposes
  • You will ensure effective usage of warranty budget by evaluating and inspecting complicated cases to resolve conflicts in breakdown cases keepiing customer obsession as a rule of thumb
  • You will support the quality team by providing guidance and technical support for warranty claims and further quality actions
  • You will be responsible for the updates and correct usage of diagnostic equipment throughout the service and inspection network

Requirements

  • University Degree in related fields (engineering preferably)
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive market and extensive knowledge of aftersales dynamics
  • Organized & structured to be able to plan the working day and reprioritize as needed.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to successfully work in a dynamic, fast-paced high growth environment where agility is key.
  • Be able to think on your feet with a “can do” attitude.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Office skills
