QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing organization in Turkey, in Istanbul- Anatolian side, we are looking for an
'Operation Manager' as part of the Operation Department, reporting to C Level Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field,
- 5+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position or similar role,
- Experience budgeting, forecasting and reporting,
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service,
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Leadership ability,
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- Bilingual communication skills (English preferred),
Job Description:
- Maintain constant communication with management, blue collar staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization,
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way,
- Actively maintain and pursue strategic & operational objectives,
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity,
- Actively maintain and pursue strategic & operational objectives,
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed with HR,
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution,
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service,
- Work closely with safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant,
