MAİN RESPONSIBILITIES
· To be fully trained and experienced to cover all aspects of MCC complex and 8 Rest Stop site operations.
· To oversee and effectively coordinate all facility services such as Cleaning, Maintenance, Catering, Landscaping, Gardening, Waste Collection, Pest Control at MCC complex and 8 Rest Stops.
· To check quality standards and procedures of responsible areas by visiting, walking, and testing the operations regular intervals throughout each day referring visitor experience of site activity (8 Rest Stops).
· To monitor visitor surveys daily, communicate those results to Operations Team and to highlight and eliminate problem areas.
· To Conduct all standards of Health & Safety are always maintained in workplaces and ensure compliance of safe working procedures in place for work activities. Understand and have a good command of risk assessments for responsible areas.
· Must be flexible and work well under pressure and stressful situations, must have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask, as necessary.
· Overall responsibility for scheduling of assigned subcontractor workers to ensure proper coverage and staff utilization for the delivery of services to MCC complex and Rest Areas.
CORPORATE FUNCTIONAL DUTY
· Supporting the Operations Management Team (Admin and HR) creating a generic “profile” of an ideal employee.
· Follow up all first aid kits are inspected and re-filled daily, and necessary supplies are ordered.
· To check monthly progress payment of all subcontractors and report to Operations Manager.
· To compile a fixture list, put every item into code and update consistently.
· To conduct route plan of all shuttle busses, check arrival/departure hours, perform inspection of vehicles and follow up annual maintenance plans.
· Procure all necessary stationary and other necessary materials of MCC complex.
· For vip visitors, provide coordination with security manager and supports taking security precautions.
· To schedule pest control for Main Control Center and all 8 Rest Stops.
· To control job rotation of all subcontractors.
· To take responsibility of lost and found box.
· To monitor garbage collection of all 8 Rest Stops while coordinating with relevant municipalities.

· Constantly motivating and giving feedback to all subcontractor staff on their standards of services.
· Act as a mentor and actively encourage and support new and innovative ideas from all team members to improve the business.
· Have a command of using MS Office applications.
· Excellent communication and motivational skills.
· Great organization skills, detail oriented and self-starter.
· Open to new learning’s and quickly adapts to change.
· Deliver consistent performance against customer satisfaction measures.
· In cases of incidents or accidents follow proper reporting procedures in a timely manner and if necessary, follow through of corrective action to avoid repeat of such incidents and accidents.
