QUALIFICATIONS
- Reputable university degree in the field of Finance, Business Administration or Economics,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and general computer knowledge,
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule, detail oriented with the ability to look at the big picture.
- Willing to gain knowledge on international financial markets and derivatives,
- Outstanding organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Non-smoker
- Male candidates must have completed their military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Play an integral role in the success of the company by supporting operational process,
- Manage operational work flow and optimize daily, weekly and monthly activities,
- Analyze business operations and identify customer needs and create, track and analyze reports to determine what improvements can be made during the process.
- Give customer service to customers and sales teams through different communication channels including but not limited to e-mail, chat and phone
- Make cold calls periodically based on new customer leads
- Coordinate and test in-house financial technology developments and their integrations process
