Order Management Assistant Specialist
Coordinating the order progress with the Sales, SCM, Warehouse and Finance teams, inform the related business units for deliveries
Working coordinately with Product Marketing teams registering and following up prices
Working with Sales teams for daily basis exection of whole process following the order entry and financial release processes
After entering orders to monitor domestic shipments and to ensure that they reach their destinations completely and on time.
Entering and following up sample and gift orders with Product Marketing and Planning teams
Registering and following up Price Difference and Good-set Return Re-Invoice processes
Preparing reports for the status of the orders
Ensuring necessary communication with all required parties
Skills & Qualifications
Being Fluent in English is a MUST. Interview will be held in English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Min. 1 years of experience in the field of order management or customer relations
Experience in collecting and analyzing data,
Solid proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; sophisticated skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues.
Self-motivated, organized with timely and assertive follow up skills and execution.
A problem-solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate.
Detail- and deadline-oriented, pay attention to high standards for quality and accuracy in work.
