Delivery Order
Job Description:
- Monitoring Import shipments to Turkish Port
- Preparing Delivery Orders
- Controlling Related İmport Documents and Financial Status of Customers and Releasing D/O
- Sending Arrival Notifications and providing payable charges details to customers.
- Monitoring Uncleared/Overdue cargoes and sending reminder notices to customers and POL agents
- Preparing vessel’s File and Archive
- Issuing İnvoices and handling Refund invoices
- Following outstanding import DND reports and handling with customers and POL agents
- Any possible job assigned by the Department Manager
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related fields.
- Resident in Istanbul.
- Good knowledge of English
- Team-oriented problem solving, strong communication skills and able to cope with stress.
- Good command of MS Office and Excel skills.
- Will be able to work in intense work tempo and flexible working conditions.
- Completed military service for male candidates will be a plus.
