QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Delivery Order

Job Description:

  • Monitoring Import shipments to Turkish Port
  • Preparing Delivery Orders
  • Controlling Related İmport Documents and Financial Status of Customers and Releasing D/O
  • Sending Arrival Notifications and providing payable charges details to customers.
  • Monitoring Uncleared/Overdue cargoes and sending reminder notices to customers and POL agents
  • Preparing vessel’s File and Archive
  • Issuing İnvoices and handling Refund invoices
  • Following outstanding import DND reports and handling with customers and POL agents
  • Any possible job assigned by the Department Manager

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related fields.
  • Resident in Istanbul.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Team-oriented problem solving, strong communication skills and able to cope with stress.
  • Good command of MS Office and Excel skills.
  • Will be able to work in intense work tempo and flexible working conditions.
  • Completed military service for male candidates will be a plus.
