QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for Cargo Operation Officer to join our fast growing and challenging organization
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Agency Operations Manager
- Responsible for coordinating 7/24 cargo operations and being a bridge between agency functions, port offices, ship planner and terminals.
- Uploading group/partner load lists to LISA and inform Cargo Flow for prechecks
- Create PML/CXML files and sending to HO
- Controlling IMDG and special cargo documents and provide to husbandry and to local authorities
- Compare prestow /Bayplan with final loadlist
- Negotiating Berth & Prepare Call Schedule
- Managing Vessel Operations
- Monitoring actual schedule for non-operated vessels (VRS Agent)
- Preparing call with local authority and terminal for optimized call operations
- Validate call sequence with Board and report special event to lines
- Monitor on-going operations
- Perform post sailing Reconciliation (weight, container and destination) departure EDI file and departure reports with uploading of load/discarging confirmations
- Control suppliers invoice at 1st level
Skills And Qualifications
- Graduate or post graduate level (+4 years) in Logistic Transport or in International Trade
- Fluent English
- Good computer skills
