The role of Equipment Execution Operator is to provide optimal equipment utilization in line with empty flow plan to ensure we are providing the most reliable and efficient service to our customers at the lowest possible cost, covering the forecasted equipment needs. Plan, develop and implement the global equipment strategy along with developing and implementing a strategy to create sustainable unit cost savings

Key responsibilities

• Deliver stocks and inventory control at inland locations/ports that meet planned export bookings.
• Daily stock monitoring per pool to ensure proactive planning is delivered.
• Ensure pools are delivering on their agreed Target stocks levels.
• Ensure supply / evacuation planning to/from pools/ports correctly and timely updated in related system(s).
• Establish most cost-effective alternative flow planning in case of equipment shortages.
• Manage and develop relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders within geographical scope.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues timely to resolve at minimum cost.
• Monitor key performance measurements on stock, vessel utilization, flow balances, costs, empty allocation and repair capacity to decide on optimal positioning.
• Highlight deviations and initiate corrective action when required.
• Increase the available global fleet by eliminating long standings and improving equipment dwell times.
• Own and drive all projects pertaining to equipment within SEULOC scope.

• Strong ability handling data base tools like excel or access.
• Strong teamwork, stakeholder management and communication.
• Proactive, taking ownership and providing fact-based reasoning for solutions to resolve issues.
• Optimisation mind-set, eager to remove waste and ability to push forward when going gets tough.
• Open minded approach and willingness to assist other functions.
