QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications and Job Description

· University degree in a relevant discipline

· Maximum 1 year of experience in logistic operations,international supply chain, control tower and/or ocean freight forwarding.

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

· Excellent command of MS Office applications especially Excel,

· Team player with strong communication skills, solution oriented, task driven problem solver with good organizational skills.

· No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

· To handle day to day supply chain, transportation, order &vendor & carrier management operations

· Continuous communication with the customers and foreign Yusen Logistics offices.

· Timely and accurate data entry of booking and transport requirements.

· Timely and accurate documentation of shipments

· Continuous communication with carriers, suppliers and freight forwarder companies

· Expense control

· Timely and accurate invoicing

· Follow up accrual and income & expense on system

· KPI reporting as per client’s Standard Operations Procedures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
