QUALIFICATIONS
· University Degree
· Minimum 2 years operation experience of Ocean Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
· Fluent English and Turkish
· Positive and Professional Attitude
· Good knowledge of MS Office tools
· Excellent relationship with suppliers.
· Having analytical thinking,
· Being business & customer oriented
· Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Residency in Istanbul (Europe part)
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibilities of the position is to:
• Daily follow up with open job folders,
• Deal with customers request by responding in agreed service levels,
• Organizing all transportation activities with related shipments,
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
