QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Maximum 1 years of export operation experience of Ocean Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company, international supply chain management,
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications especially Excel,
- Team player with strong communication skills, solution oriented, task driven problem solver with good organizational skills.
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To handle day to day transportation, supply chain, order & vendor & carrier management operations
- To provide operational solutions as per client’s Standard Operations Procedures in agreed service levels.
- Continuous communication with the customers and foreign Yusen Logistics offices.
- Timely and accurate data entry of booking and transport requirements.
- Timely and accurate documentation of shipments
- Continuous communication with carriers, suppliers and freight forwarder companies
- Expense control
- Timely and accurate invoicing
- Follow up accrual and income & expense on system
- KPI repoting as per client’s Standard Operations Procedures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
