GENEL NİTELİKLER

Marks and Spencer Turkey office was established in 2005 and is now responsible for sourcing Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear, Lingerie and Homeware products for Marks and Spencer UK Headquarter in London Waterside.

The main responsibility of this regional office is to source, develop, plan and manage textile and home production around Turkey, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. Our team which started with 15 employees in 2005 has grown to 75 employees in region at a consistent pace.

Our structure is made up of Merchandising (Clothing, Homeware, Operations), Technology (Quality, Fabric, Garment, Product, Plan A), Ethical Trading (Ethical Compliance and Auditing), and Supply Chain teams, supported by Human Resources and Finance departments.

Our office is located in Yesilkoy-Istanbul.

We are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST -DATA INTEGRITY for our Supply Chain Department.


Job Purpose:

  • Report preparation and systems management to support the effective reporting in the Supply Chain Team
  • Ensure high levels of data conformity are being achieved by suppliers.
  • Administration of the reporting systems that are currently in place.
  • Provide an effective channel of communication on all supply chain reporting and processes relating to the specific region.
  • Assist with the resolution of local system issues on logistics with suppliers and forwarders.
  • Expedition of shipment reports to meet flows required by the regional and UK Supply Chain& Logistics Team
  • Administration and management of purchase orders and associated tools
  • Ensuring system updates are timely and accurate for all products that move from the region.
  • To ensure that freight costs invoiced to M&S correctly and the approvals are done timely and accurately.
  • Administration and management of M&S Turkey Freight system updates.
  • Management and reporting of Air shipments of the region.
  • Reporting of Launch performance within the region.
  • Execution of Supplier inductions in terms of DI requirements and complete supplier systems accesses.
  • Responsible for supplier system access setups.
  • Preparation, developing & monitoring the supplier KPI figures.


What technical knowledge and skills do we need?

  • 3-5 years of analyst experiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills when dealing with different stakeholders
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proactive, passionate, initiative, self-motivated, creative, and innovative
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications and General computer skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI
