QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years Import, Export, International Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledge
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing is a must
• Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Outlook and Excel must),
• Shipping documentation knowledge & preparation (Invoice, MAWB, ATR, etc.)
• Clear understanding of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and basic knowledge of KPI preparation,
• Clear understanding of root cause analysis also initiating and tracking action plans,
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily operational issues,
• Ability to work under pressure and capable of working late hours when it matters

Job Description:

• Daily follow-up shipments from BL software and outlook, keeping close contact with overseas agents via mail to give clear shipping instruction and to get real time updates on operational status
• Monitoring/track & trance AWBs via airline websites
• Supporting daily/weekly/monthly KPI data preparation as mentioned above
• Checking Shipping Instructions from Suppliers and other documents. (Invoice, PL etc.)
• Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system
• Tracking actual arrivals with Carriers and updating on transport system
• Daily problem escalation and informing customers in real time
