Qualifications
· University degree preferably in Engineering fields,
· Minimum 5 years experience in Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
· Minimum 2 years experience in Team Management
· Strong analytical skills and result orientation,
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
· Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate effectively at Senior Management Level,
· Good knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced level of Excel),
· Good command of English, high sense of responsibility.
Job Description
· To identify organizational development needs and conduct respective lean and optimization workouts,
· To evaluate organizational change requests and manage decision process with the related parties,
· To evaluate, analyze and follow up head count requests,
· To follow developments in the related sector, carry out process improvement workouts and develop new project,
· To create new job descriptions and update existing job descriptions when necessary,
· To prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures,
· Making directives / situational leadership required by the teams during implementation, to give necessary approvals and to eliminate any problems / obstacles
· Making situational leadership in one-on-one meetings and on-the-job for team development
