GENEL NİTELİKLER
Gayrimenkul sektöründeki firmamız Azad Properties için gayrimenkul müdürü arıyoruz.
Istanbul Beyoglu ve yakın bölgelerdeki dairelerimiz ve küçük otel için kısa kıralık iş bakan müdürü pozisyon açıktır.Otel sektöründe tecrübeli veya kısa süre kiralık sektöründe tecrübeli olan güler yüzlü ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.
Özellikle şirketimize ait 6 tane butik apart otellerin operasyon yönetebilecek bir pozisyondur.
Müşterimiz için Ingilizce izce şart Anadil olarak Türkçe konuşabilmelisiniz.
AZAD PROPERTIES PROPERTY MANAGER
The property manager is responsible for the daily operations of rented/rentable client properties including managing financial matters, enforcing contracts and finding and managing tenants.
TASKS
Preparing and managing lists of all properties listed with the company.
Managing schedule of all incoming short term reservations on different online portals. wıth team.
Tracking timely management of in coming and out going guests with team.
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units with team.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Collecting rent , dealing with late payments and handling operating expenses in a timely manner.
Sharing monthly financial reports with company management on property performance.
Handling all required documentation necessary for short term leasing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
COMPETENCIES
ORGANIZATION & TIME MANAGEMENT- Job requires efficient use of time in organization of all properties (whether collecting rent or putting up for rent) in a timely manner.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS- Role requires constant communication between clients and tenants.
BILINGUAL- Must have intermediate English skills.
