Description
Reporting to the Destination Manager, the Resort Manager will work as part of the Jet2holidays Overseas Management Team and be responsible for the planning, performance and service delivery of Jet2holidays leading the Resort Team.
As part of the Overseas Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the team and service delivery of Jet2holidays across Marmaris, working closely with our Resort Team Leaders in line with our agreed service levels, operations and ensuring that company policies, procedures and values are followed at all times.
Part of your role will be to carry out regular visits to all resorts within the destination to ensure KPI's are being achieved by working with key stakeholders and providing ongoing coaching and development of the overall team. You will also ensure that branding guidelines are adhered to and that updates are distributed as and when required.

Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have proven customer service and operational management experience gained from working with a tour operator, along with excellent team leadership and motivational skills. You'll be confident in dealing with difficult situations and taking them to a positive conclusion.
Already living in the destination, or willing to relocate, you'll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
To be successful in this role you will already be a driver with your own transport and be able to provide the required Right to Work documents for the country where the role is based.
