So, what responsibilities does the Sales Asst. Manager take on at Otokoç Automotive?
· To determine the annual number of services, turnover, and profitability targets in line with the company policies and targets and create an annual business plan.
· Establishing and implementing strategies to achieve the objectives
· Within the framework of the business plan, to check the compliance of the service expenses with the budget and to manage the resources effectively
· To determine the annual investment plans of the service and to ensure its implementation
· Carrying out improvement activities to increase workshop efficiency
· Planning and implementing activities to gain new customers

What are the Required Qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Preferably minimum 5 years experience in after-sales
- Having technical knowledge about after-sales service
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects
- Ability to improve business processes; project and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels
- Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
- Fluency in English
