So, what responsibilities does the Innovation Specialist take on at Otokoç Automotive?
- Planning, executing, monitoring and finalizing technology projects
- Regular monitoring and reporting of KPIs within the scope of the open innovation program,
- End-to-end management of corporate entrepreneurship programs within the scope of Koç Innovation Program
- End-to-end management and monitoring of innovation cycles (Promotion, events, idea gathering, evaluation, IDEKOM-IKOM meeting organization)
- Development of open innovation processes and implementation of improvements
- Creating and updating the Otokoç Otomotiv's Innovation ecosystem map
- Defining cooperation needs and focus areas and integrating them into the investment thesis
- Closely monitoring cooperation-investment opportunities by participating in angel investor networks platforms
- Within the scope of open innovation studies (startup acceleration program), reaching out to initiatives outside the institution and following up and finalizing opportunities for new collaborations and investments
- Preparing communication plans and organizing events in line with innovation plans
- Dissemination of the innovation and entrepreneurship program within the company
- Mentoring projects in the in-house entrepreneurship program along with open innovation studies
- Keeping the innovation portal up-to-date internally and externally
What are the Required Qualifications?
- Knowledgeable in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and experienced in this field
- Experienced in data interpretation and analysis focused work or projects
- Closely following technological developments
- Experienced in startup scouting
- Knowledgeable in Venture Capital and Venture Building
- Knowledgeable in Startup Valuation
- Successful in human relations, able to communicate effectively, prone to teamwork
- Open to new and unusual ideas and willing and passionate to bring them to life
- Very good command of English
