So, what responsibilities does the Project Management Specialist take on at Otokoç Automotive?

  • Planning, executing, monitoring and finalizing technology projects
  • Working with teams of product owners and business units to ensure timely delivery of technology projects to customers
  • Responsible for project portfolio management, time, resource, risk, quality, procurement and cost management
  • Identify potential risks for project delivery,
  • Prioritize and plan potential risks
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, resource and timeline
  • Following up the project stages and outputs and communicating continuously with internal/external stakeholders
  • Responsible for user acceptance tests and overseeing quality control throughout the project
  • Determine technology solutions by conducting supplier relations with technology business partners in projects, to prepare contracts and specifications, to receive and finalize proposals

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems or related fields from a reputable university
  • Good at written and communication skills in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT and/or software industry
  • Experienced in project management
  • Preferably with a PMI certificate
  • Experience in working and applying project management methodologies (agile, scrum, kanban, waterfall)
  • Related to project management tools/software (MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, planning and time management ability
  • Experience in mobility and connected car projects is a plus
  • Result oriented
  • Eager to learn new things
