QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (Huawei R&D) Wireless department is a rapidly growing organization for different products and solutions. Our organization is focused to create new value and innovation for multiple domains and business.
We are looking for an experienced Turkish or Chinese Project Interface who has strong communication skills and will become a bridge between China HQ and Turkey R&D. Here you will work at a multinational environment and as a result you will have a great chance to have career in project management.
Required skills are listed below;
· Proven working experience in software development projects at least 6-7 years,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English,
· Strong communication skills, solution oriented.
Good to have skills are listed below;
· Excellent command of Turkish,
· Software development experience in several development project,
Responsibilities;
· Coordinating between project teams China HQ and Turkey R&D branch,
· Work with HQ team and Turkey team to clarify the requirements,
· Working with the project PMs to help execute project plans and coordinate on issue solving in terms of project requirements,
· Multi-tasking and managing various project elements simultaneously.
· Assist the director/local PM and HQ in routine requirement planning, design requirement clarification, and key development activities clarification and communication. Identify problems and risks in HQ projects in a timely manner and communicate with and manage them.
· Be able to participate in requirement analysis, high-level and low-level requirement design, and key code development activities as a technical backbone.
