- Ontime delivery of Project Deliverables
- Effective communication with internal and external parties for Project and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of change to different stakeholders.
- Team oriented working model and creation of team soul in Project teams
- Managing and controlling of activities and project members
- Output oriented and self driven project management
- Building close working relationships with senior managers, project sponsors and stakeholders - gaining a clear understanding of project scope & deliverables and managing expectations.
- Hosting and presentation capabilities for different stakeholders or commities
- SSB Contract preparation incl. Scope and ability to negotiate for company expectations
- Management of sub-contractors and remote teams.
- Structuring of ERP/PLM roll out activities for Projects
- Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing of projects in accordance with project governance standards especially for the military projects.
- Delivery of project outputs within contracted time, cost and quality.
- Effective risk management of projects – including identification of risks, risk mitigation and reporting.

- Usage of related Standards and legislations in Project
- Preparation of reports for different stakeholders
- Enable clear decision making process
- Inform related dept. for agreed activities according to decisions

- Commercial acumen including the management of contracts and project finances.
- An experienced user of integrated systems and well developed skills using software
Subcontractor Managegement
- Colloboration with Subcontractors for defence projects
