QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree preferably in Engineering
- Excellent command / highly proficient of spoken and written in English
- Proven team player demonstrating capabilities in communication, interpersonal skills, well developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the ability to be self-directed and able to effectively relate to all levels of an organization
- Ability to take a proactive approach to problem identification and a creative approach to resolution
- Experience and strong computer skills especially in MS Excel and preferably in MS Powerpoint & MS Project
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Has no restriction for traveling
- Has to reside in Asian side of Istanbul
- To act as the POC for proposal requests with customers
- To support identifying, quantifying and acting on new business opportunities
- To review customer request for proposals, obtain required information package
- To coordinate and track the required reviews and generated responses for all aspects of a response against the established timeframe.
- To develop customer proposals and follow up the process internally and externally
- To support risk & opportunity analysis studies and gap analysis
- To participate in information transfer to internal project teams to review, assess, measure and implement contracted work packages
- To support and take responsibility on sustainability activities
- To develop and monitor reports for department KPI’s and Strategic Plan
