We are looking for a “After Sales Services Specialist” to join our dynamic and agile Aftersales Services Team in Ataşehir, İstanbul.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
· Preferably knowledge aboutproduction methods of flat steel, hot and cold metal forming, welding,
· Preferably knowledge of problem solving techniques about 8D etc.
· Good command of English,
· Advanced levels of MS Office programs,
· Advanced communication skills,
· Advanced teamwork skills,
· Analytical and structured thinker,
· Have no restriction to travel(domestic and foreign),
· No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
· Coordination of activities to resolve customer complaints/dissatisfaction
· Visiting customers regularly
· Follow-up of solutions for customer dissatisfaction in factories,
· Reporting and analysis of complaints on company systems,
· In follow up of insurance and return processes in defective products,
· To inform the customers about the productsof the company,other steel related technical demandsand respond to training requests,
· Meet technical service needs of customers.
