Part-Time Working Student (Import, Export and... İş İlanı

For our Import, Export and Customs Team, we are looking for a part-time working student. This role will be responsible for supporting Customs receipts, reporting, to maximize both process efficiencies and productivity and other daily customs tasks.

What are my responsibilities?

• Checking and controlling the customs agency cost lists and documents.
• Matching the related e-invoices in our system.
• Assist in quarterly reports
• Assist for the archiving Customs documents
• Support to new guideline process
• Supporting the daily activities of the department within defined targets of time and quality.

• 3rd year student or master student in faculty of Economics and Business Administration or related area
• Able to work 2,5-4 days/week in Kartal, partly remote
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Flexible and good team players.
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
• Being a good team player.
