Part Time Working Student (Project Engineer) İş İlanı

For our Regional Solutions and Services Business Unit in Istanbul, we are looking for a Part Time Working Student (Project Engineer). This role will be supporting the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solutions and Services (RSS) Small Works in line with Small Works@SI RSS Project Management Guideline and Standart Projects in line with PM@SIEMENS Project Management Guideline with the objective of meeting the required time, budget, and functionality.

What are my responsibilities?

*Supporting the duties below:

Consolidate and prepare project documents.
Prepare presentations for project meetings.
Prepare and document project meetings incl. meeting minutes.
Support Small Works and Standart Project Management for project controlling and planning. (time, quality, budget) within defined tools; follow-up on action items.
Applying project management standards, processes, tools, and templates.
Preparation of meetings/conference calls.
Managing of requests from different stakeholders and involved project members (internal or external).
Set up regular meetings with stakeholders and track actions.
Track project progress, manage issues and reports project progress.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd or 4th year Student in Electrical&Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.

• Able to work minimum2,5 days/week remotely and/or in Kartal.
• Analytical thinking, working for team, using own initiative in critical paths.
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications and related softwares.
