QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for teammates who are talented and highly motivated, open to teamwork and continous personal development, willing to work in a multi-national culture, and having strong communication skills to add value to the international vision of KJ Power Generator, one of the leading generator brands of Turkey, which started generator production in 1996 and today exports 85 of its production to more than 100 countries in 5 continents.
To be assigned as "Production Engineer" in the Production departments, who are newly graduated from the departments of Mechanical Engineering.
General Qualifications
· Fluent in English,
· Analytical thinker, disciplined and result oriented
· Willing to have a role in intensive production field
· Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level,
· Able to use read and implement tecnical drawings
· Able to use AutoCAD and Solidworks
· Having oral and written communication skills,
· Ability to communicate all production team members
· Having presentation and reporting skills,
· Able to adapt to a busy production schedule,
· Having a driver's license, can actively drive,
· No military obligation form an candidates
Job Description
· Will work under Production Department,
( Generator’s Canopy, Chasis and all other metal pieces produciton and painting processes)
· Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities in the affiliated directorates,
· Realization of the given targets,
· Preparing the requested reports,
· Implementing 5S activities in the production areas,
· Investigate and implement Kaizen activities in all production steps,
· Try to minimize wastage of materials and production time,
· Having a effective role to implement weekly production plan in a best way,
· Involving and preparing documents to train production staff and operators
· Preparing production procedures according to the ISO standards.
· Take part in the development of production tools and machines. Also having role to plan and get realised periodical maintenance activities
