QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering,
  • Min.2 year experience in production area, preferably in Automotive Industry,
  • Experience in blue color supervision,
  • Analytical thinking, managing skills, team player, well organized, dynamic,
  • Good communication skills in English.


Job Description:

  • To ensure that production meets customer schedules, while maintaining the highest quality standards,
  • Follow-up production problems and improve production stability in cooperation with related departments,
  • Lead production teams and follow-up; performance, people development, trainings,
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in the Plant,
  • Participating to studies that increasing efficiency of process, exercising to decrease rate of waste,
  • Participating the corrective and preventive activities.
  • Using Catia and AutoCAD programs
