QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Production Engineer" for our customer, one of the world's leading companies in the field of production of electric motors and automation products.
- Bachelor or Master degree in an Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineer or related field,
- Minimum 4 years’ experience about production line system.
- Experience about electric motors, or related products would be appreciated.
- Good level of English both written and spoken
- Preferably knowledgeable about SAP
- Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to problem solving
- Proven ability in appropriate competencies
- No obstacle for travelling
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report to the Factory Manager of the Company.
• Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
• Analyze and reduce costs.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve the efficiency of each production process.
• Define Standards by time & motion studies.
• Arrange lay-out of the plant according to machine human and material flow productivity.
• Calculate Manpower Requirement when needed.
• Calculate Capacity versus Requirements of the machines for better capacity planning and utilization.
• Ensure products are created on time.
• Change production levels and staffing on different product lines to minimize inventory levels.
• Keep abreast of new technology that can be used in the production process.
• Follow up the KPIs of the Company related to the production lines.
• Work on the future projects about the factory expansion.
