We are looking for “Patent and Trademark Specialist” with the following qualifications to join our Intellectual Property Department in our Istanbul office.
QUALIFICATION
- University degree in Engineering or Basic Sciences,
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of IP,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical skills and self-disciplined character,
- Free to travel within Turkey,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drafting and filing patent documents for our clients’ inventions nationally and internationally,
- Preparing patent and trademark oppositions,
- Preparing opinions against search and examination reports for patents,
- Conducting search, filing and registration processes of trademarks and designs,
- Carrying out translations and preparing memorandums for the clients’ needs in the field of intellectual property,
- Communicating with inventors for taking patent information,
- Preparing presentations and documentation in the field of Intellectual Property.
