QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for ;

  • Have a bachelors degree and at least 3 years experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Be professional, detailed oriented with a strong analytical skills
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills: good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages is a must
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Payroll and Data Management

  • Audit and reconcile wide range of personnel actions and payroll documents for employees
  • Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings, terminations)
  • Termination calculations (leave accrual, severance, notice etc.) for legal and reporting purposes in accordance with company policies
  • Ensuring up to date payment, deduction, overtime, leave and other related data in compliance with company HR policy
  • Arrange and follow all correspondences and processes with Social Security Institution including new business opening, employee registrations/deregistrations, medical reports and missing day
  • Assisting management regarding bonus/incentive programs
  • Process employee to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the time and payroll systems
  • Develop in depth understanding of payroll database
  • Communicate and train the workforce in the compensation and benefits programs, policies and processes


Administration

  • Establish, update and communicate workplace policies and procedures (for example: employee handbook, reference guides or standard operating procedures) and monitor their application and enforcement to ensure consistency
  • Develop and implement a discipline policy based on organizational code of conduct/ethics, ensuring that no disparate impact or other legal issues arise


Health and Safety

  • Coordinate with our 3rd party supplier
  • Develop/select, implement and evaluate plans and policies to protect employees and other individuals, and minimize the organization’s loss and liability (for example: emergency response, workplace violence, substance abuse).
  • Communicate and train the workforce on security plans and policies
  • Develop and administer internal and external privacy policies (for example identify theft, data protection, workplace monitoring)
