QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a high-impact Marketing & Sales Specialist to support the development of sales of Misbahçe. Marketing & Sales Specialist is a unique opportunity to grow in a fast-paced & constantly evolving environment. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager to assist the team in developing Misbahçe’s presence online and at retail sales. You will be exposed to the Turkish market.This position is based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

Support marketing strategy implementation

Assist the Marketing Manager & Vendor Executive in the development of Misbahçe marketing tools to implement the regional strategy (Activity plan, Launch platforms, retailer catalogues...)
Coordinate 360° marketing tools development (brochures, grooming, flyers...) to achieve success of category objectives with sellout objectives.
Collect and share with commercial team launch tools: lab samples, visual needs and guidelines, 360 tools

Assist marketing projects

Work closely with the sales team to roll out Marketing Plans for key retailers and pharmacies
Liaise with sales team to gain feedback and ensure marketing tools are used effectively
Be the Brand Guardian, ensuring all customer touch-points are luxury and meet brand guidelines
Evaluate and analyze activation events to make recommendation for continual improvement and feedback to the business
Support social media activities

Participate in events

Support Managing Partner in the organization on the workshops.
Support sales team in trunkshows and festivals.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Capacity to rapidly adapt to change
Proficiency on power point and excel
Ideal candidate will have passion for and some experience in beauty and personal care, with an interest in cleaner, safer and more sustainable alternatives
Attention to detail and high sensitivity to luxury codes
Creative mindset
Be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, while projecting a professional attitude and foster a positive team atmosphere
Fluent in English, French and Arabic is a plus
Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate
