MARKETING MANAGER

Design Market is a department store brand that brings together the unique products of distinguished designers with consumers. Design Market has stores in Istanbul Karaköy, Galata, Nişantaşı and Akasya AVM, targetting A and A+ segments. In addition, these unique designs are also available to consumers in the online store of Design Market. Design Market is the only store that sells design products with chain stores in its category.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities providing undergraduate education, • Have advanced level of English,

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of marketing,

• Have knowledge in digital and social media dynamics,

• Preferably with experience in e-commerce marketing processes,

• Following new marketing trends, • High written and verbal communication skills

• Able to lead team work

• Analytical and strategic thinking, solution and result oriented

• Quick decision-making, proactive

JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Managing and developing the corporate brand ID of the stores and e-commerce site

• Creation and management of the overall marketing strategy

• Planning and management of ATL and BTL activities

• Planning and managing periodic marketing campaigns

• Creation, follow-up and reporting of the marketing budget

• Negotiating and constructing collaborations, developing new business models and projects

• Development of sales-oriented promotions and campaigns

• Managing SEO, Google and social media ads etc. agencies

• Planning and running of social media content strategy and management of agencies

• Analyzing market and competitors periodicly

• Planning and managing 360 degree marketing activities

• Planning and management of PR projects
