As a PCI(Process Control Instruments) Inside Sales Engineer you are contributing to:

  • Report to Sales Engineering and Order Handling Team Leader
  • Ensure proper assessment and intake of RFQs with Account Management, and formulate and submit quotation plans, resulting in a thorough quotation evaluation.
  • Translate customer requirements, create quotation, and coordinate the internal quotation process in line with the bid strategy/RFQ, including internal parties, resulting in a commercial and technical fit for purpose quotation.
  • Making competitive analysis of the products
  • Analyzing and reporting the customer requirements to Sales and/or Account Managers
  • Achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
  • Provide commercial and technical support to Account Management, in line with approved sales strategy, to contribute to an effective sales process.
  • Articulating technical features and benefits of our products to our customers
  • Proactively engaging customers to sell our products and solutions
  • Maintaining close contact during the quotation process with suppliers, Account Managers and the customers
  • Conducting technical and commercial negotiations together with the Sales or/and Account Managers
  • Actively participating with team members to achieve department and company goals
  • Continuously improving sales proposal processes and technical knowledge
  • Ensuring quotations that meet company compliance requirements in line with corporate governance directives


What you will bring to us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Electric and Electronical / Mechatronic Engineering
  • Min. 5-6 years of experience within similar field will be preferred
  • Experienced in proposal building and model selection about process field instrumentation
  • Desire to build a career in the process control / instrumentation industry
  • A visible passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, stress resistant
  • High personal drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Potential and desire for development
  • Experienced in SAP & CRM
  • Team Player
  • Sales oriented and accurate
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • For male candidates, completion of Military Service
