Summary of the role

If you are interested in learning more on the People & Culture function, you are an English native or highly proficient at the language and have experience in supporting from the administrative perspective for regional departments, this may be one of the best opportunities available for you.


In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities

  • Information to Employees: You´ll be a first point of contact for regional inquiries related to company policies, programs, procedures and information requests
  • Coordination: You´ll support P&C lead and Rewards team with coordination of regional processes, such as periodical meetings, collection of countries data or compilation of regional information.
  • Internal Processes Support: In your day to day, you´ll contribute to ensure quality standards in the P&C processes, by performing internal reviews to provide the management team with information to make improvement decisions
  • Systems: You´ll collaborate in the implementation of our HRIS, Workday, by tracking incidences and change requests and following up with Rewards, HRIS and projects team
  • Communication: You´ll contribute to internal communication by reviewing communication material, presentations and providing your improvement ideas

About the ideal candidate

  • English language proficient ornative, any other languages would be a plus
  • Thrives with the possibility of supporting others. Maybe worked as an assistant or has administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient skills on MS Office (Power Point, Excel etc.) plus MS Teams and Outlook
