QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Brokerage division holds several brokerage licences across the world through its joint ventures and partnership companies. With over 300+ million total executions and $1,2 Trillion annual transactions volume so far, GKG has become one of the best-know brokers in the world.

We are looking for a “Performance Marketing Specialist or Senior Specialist” to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably at an agency) on performance channels and be a fluent speaker of English.

The position has a global scope and will be working for GK Group’s global marketing operations in APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions, including countries such as UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operations and optimization of the GK Group companies’ performance marketing accounts including Google Ads & Facebook Ads,

• Working with 3rd party publishers and affiliates,

• Working with the creative and technical teams on creation of advertising material, technical implementations and reporting improvements,

• Working with various country offices and agencies dedicated to marketing operations,

• Reporting of the marketing activities using in-house tools and Google Analytics,

• Localization of the global best practices,

• Keeping track of trends and opportunities in the target markets,

• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring PPC activities of competitor websites,

• Monitoring of digital performance KPIs and preparing action lists for increasing performance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Statistics, Economics or Engineering,

• 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience is a plus,

• Demonstrable experience managing performance marketing accounts,

• Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and integrated marketing communications, including strategy, creative, production and media,

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking,

• Has the necessary technical knowledge for the tools needed to be use,

• Emphasis on details, open to innovation, creative, planned and reporting skills,

• Good analytical and organizational skills,

• Problem solving ability and solution-oriented thinking skills.
