GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for an "Assesment and Development Center Manager" with the following qualifications for our global and multinational client operating in retail sector.


Job Description:

Both in Domestics and International Retail;

  • Determines, designs and implements efficiently the Behavioral Assessment methods and tools that will ensure to select right person,
  • Carries out the coordination and informing activities for the implementation of assessment tools, measurement techniques and methods in accordance with the determined standards,
  • Conducts research and developments to ensure that the Behavioral Assessment measurement standards can be effectively applied in international retail,
  • Calibrates measurement tools’ content, language etc, and coordinates the harmonization actions by considering the cultural differences between countries,
  • Follows all changes that will affect the types of assessment center practices to be used in recruitment process based on positions, makes suggestions and makes sure to update the processes,
  • Carries out calibration studies and organizes trainings to help that internal and external Assessors perceive and evaluate the principles of the company in the same way and evaluate them at the same level,
  • Provides feedback for development areas by evaluating and analyzing the performances of internal and external Assessors,
  • Ensures that the candidates participating in the assessment center practices receive the correct feedback and make the correct development plans, by making the necessary reporting and providing feedback with appropriate methods.
  • Selects suppliers for related services and responsible for managing and performance evaluation of suppliers.
  • Makes development and assessment center applications in necessary situations for Country Head Office and store positions in all countries. Gives feedback using the correct method to enable them to make their own development plans.

Required Qualifications:


Education & Language Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Fluent verbal and written skills in English,

Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Assessment and Development Center Processes and Projects, and a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in related fields
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic perspective
  • Problem solving, planning and organization skills,
  • Result-oriented and having excellent communication skills,
  • Strong follow-up, reporting and presentation skills,
