QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an important player celebrating its 30th anniversary year in flooring industry, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will join our team in our Cerkezkoy Plant in Tekirdag. We need an experienced and multi-focus team player who will help us to form, reform and manage our organisational needs.

Qualifications

University graduate

Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory.

Persistent, passionate, flexible and task-oriented

Excellent attention to detail, communication and follow-up skills

Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority


Job Description

The candidate will be working in Human Resources Department to reassess and reform our human resources to transform our organisational structure for a better adaptation to our changing social, cultural, economical, ecological and occupational health& safety needs and their legal reflections. The candidate is expected to be experienced in Personnel Affairs, Recruietment, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning&Development, Administrative Affairs. The candidate must be well-established in HR Legislation and payroll processes and experienced in occupational health& safety regulations.

The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks,

Manage and develop all processes related to the company's Human Resources functions in line with company policies and strategies

Establishing and implementing Recruitment Policies and Standards,

Creation of job postings, management and coordination of career portals and recruitment companies,

Organizing and conducting recruitment interviews,

Follow up company’s Personnel Affairs Process in accordance with regulations,

Designing the Employee Experience Programme from Hiring to Leaving,

Carrying out Employee Loyalty/Satisfaction measurements and ensuring that necessary internal communication activities are carried out accordingly,

Identifying employee needs, listening to possible complaints and suggestions, developing and reporting solutions,

Support employees adopt the corporate goals and values, ethical principles, and leadership competencies,

Support managers to ensure success of their teams

Managing and following the orientation and compliance processes,

Carrying out payroll processes, making and follow-up of all other legal notices necessary reports in accordance with the Labor Law and SGK Legislation (MUHSGK, monthly labor schedule, job entry-leave notices etc).

Conducting communication with İşkur, SGK, Ministry of Labor and Social Security and other relevant official institutions and organizations such as labor courts, ensuring that the necessary notifications and reports are made within the legal deadlines by following the relevant processes,

To be aware of VDA’s requirements and expectations for human reource management.

Conducting communication and co-operating with Company’s advisors in law, occupational health and safety, environment, energy, quality etc. for organisational perspective.

Plan and follow-up of the company's Human Resources budget,

Execution of the HR Budget Planning process and making relevant reports throughout the year,

Collecting employee learning & development demands and implementing an education programmes

Actively supporting ERP development programme and digitalisation of processes.

Daily / weekly / monthly reporting

Other tasks given by management

Years of Experience:

More than 12 years of experience in preferably, middle-sized production company

Level of education:

Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or Industrial Engineering departments of universities,

Languages:

English( Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
