Planning Engineer

DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke in Aegean Free Zone, İzmir. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide.

We are looking for a Planning Engineer who will be mainly responsible of material planning.

Key responsibilities:

Create Material Plan for Supply Chain Department according to the master plan.
Follows the materials status with Supply Chain and Quality Departments to inform or take actions for deviations. (Material Delivery and Incoming Control)
Shares the priority list with Quality Department for incoming control process.
Create Daily Production Plan according to the master plan for serial and pre serial product orders.
Creating work orders for production areas.
Making capacity calculations (human resources and machine) and taking actions according to plan vs capacity difference according annual and monthly plan.
Ensuring that production takes place within the promised time intervals within the scope of capacity planning, by keeping critical stock levels under control.
Be a part of continuous improvement and lean activities.
Working coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Production and Project Departments.

Qualitifications:

Degree in Industrial Engineering Departments
Min. 2-3 years Production and Material Planning experience.
Lean Knowledge is a plus.
MS Office and Computer Knowledge
Fluency in English-Turkish languages
No military obligations for male candidates
