Skills Required:
· Advanced speaking and writing skills in English and/or German
· Basic personal computer skills
Primary Duties are as follows:
· Professional and on time response to the customer's request, measured in terms of availability and response time
· Planning Technical Team’s daily, weekly, mothly activities
· Use communication skills effectively either verbally or written, both internally and externally
· Complete all paperwork on time, within the given time periods (i.e., expenses, time sheets, escalation reports, service form evaluations etc…)
· Escalate verbally and via e-mail difficult to solve problems to the technical support group in a timely manner
· Use company’s ERP tools for Parts Clarification, create spare parts offer, invoicing etc…
