Responsibilities:


  • Checks the applications from international agents and clients
  • Plans audits and checks reports
  • Transfers the information received from the organizations
  • Informs the auditors and technical experts about the audits which will be conducted by them and receive approval for the audits
  • Follows invoices and collectives of agents
  • Organizes experience exchange meetings with agents and auditors
  • Evaluates the customer satisfaction questioners and reports
  • Coordinates the input-output of the archive

Experience and Key Skills:

  • Graduated from university or college
  • At least 1 year work experience
  • Fluent in English and prefable Spanish, Russian or another language
  • Routine handling of Microsoft office programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
