QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications to be appointed as a Planning Engineer at the Planning Department.
- Bachelor´s degree in engineering field & experience in production planning preferably in automotive business
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment
- Living or willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
- To plan the production in order to meet the customer demands in the right time and in the correct quantity, considering material availability
- Ensure preparation and implementation of monthly planning circles. Make short and mid-term capacity planning. Foresee possible risk points and escalate them in advance
- Preparing weekly / monthly Planning & KPI reports
- Making production analysis vs plans
- Consolidation of forecasts and checks capacity for the whole year
- Keeping account of actual weekly production against production plan
- Preparing weekly / daily finished good supply plan to sustain production plan
- Tracking and acting accordingly with new development (launches) / transition projects
