QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Plant Human Resources Coordinator” for our plant located atÇerkezköy with the qualifications below;

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences / Business Administration or Industrial Engineering departments
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR role preferably in a pharmaceutical area
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, planning and organizational skills with analytical approach
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Living or able to live in Tekirdağ Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Silivri, İstanbul Büyükçekmece , Beylikdüzü etc.or other near locations

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for plant’s Hr operations such as organization changes, promotions, career development, employee relations, Performance evaluation and other HR efficiency projects , reports and analysis
  • Responsible for all recruitment process
  • Responsible for training and development process
  • Perform research, tracking, analytical and report development duties.
  • Act as a team member in implementing the company HR strategy.
  • Proactively identify possibilities to improve the work place environment, H.R. services, products or processes.
  • Organizing newcomer orientation program
  • Supports other HR personnel, manages disciplinary process and other problem-solving actions to intervene in setbacks
  • Act as HR BP for Plant, own planning and executing full HR Agenda in Plant.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Taking responsibility in different HR projects
  • Creating ad hoc reports requested by management
