- Associate or Undergraduate Degree,

Job Description;
- Payroll control of staff, making monthly salary calculations and arranging payrolls,
- Compensation and personal transactions are carried out in accordance with the legislation,
- Ensuring the control and follow-up of the personnel's compliance with the labor contracts and regulations, instructions and procedures,
- Ensuring that personnel entry-exit processes are carried out in accordance with the law and healthily,
- Creating annual leave plans and following the leaves,
- Regularly monitoring and updating monthly HR reports,
- Making necessary arrangements of Expat staff in Turkey,
- Planning of weekly staff shifts, organization of food and service,
